Finally - Visible progress in April - Poco a poco
The sheer size of the property and a lot of issues needing to be tackled in parallel made visible progress very slow.
BUT now we are putting the last finishing touches to the first, admittedly small, bedroom. The second bathroom is also coming along nicely. It may just be usable for the first visitors in 10 days or so.
The 1st and small bed room in it’s new livery. The mattress is on order and should arrive shortly. There will be another article about sizes and ”colchones”. 
The tiler drives us round the bend as he seems to run out of tiles however many we re-order. At least the flexible grouting arrived and is ready to be used.
The under floor heating is covered. We have a nice towel warmer for dual fuel. But getting a simple “resistante electrico” here is a bit of a daunting task. It will either be ordered in Germany or in the UK. We just hope that some of our visitors will have spare luggage capacity. We may now have found help - so the task of digging a 25 meter trench for the waste water may also just be accomplished. If not we have a nice bathroom where users may have to empty their own buckets….
