Adapting to Spanish time lines
Well, when we arrived here we said -”oh we’ll never be able to have dinner - 10pm is just too late ” -.
Forward six month and ……..
Time of writing this is 8:30pm and we have just finished working. We also had a leisurely siesta.
NOW we’re going to hit the town. It’s a week long fiesta in Monforte. An acquaintance of ours is going to play in a major band, so this will be any time after 11pm or so. Plenty of time to stop for “tapas” and refreshments.
Who would have thought - Oh yes and dinner? maybe 11pm or so…….
Expat
PS Now wonder I can’t keep up with the blog.
